Hydrogen Peroxide Bulk Supplier
Hydrogen Peroxide in Bulk
Hydrogen peroxide is the oxidiser that leaves nothing behind, breaking down into water and oxygen, which is why it has displaced chlorine bleaching across much of the textile and paper industry. The same property makes it useful for treating effluent where a chloride residue would be a problem. BulkFineChem supplies 35 and 50 percent stabilised grades to textile mills, paper units, effluent plants and distributors across India.
Specification
Strength and stability are stated on the batch Certificate of Analysis. All grades are supplied stabilised to control decomposition during storage.
- CAS No. 7722-84-1
- HSN Code 28470000
- Concentrations 35 percent and 50 percent w/w
- Appearance: clear colourless liquid
- Packing: 35 kg and 250 kg vented HDPE carboys
Applications
Bleaching performance depends on temperature, pH and the presence of a stabiliser in the bath, not simply on peroxide dose.
- Bleaching of cotton and blended textiles
- Pulp and paper brightening
- COD reduction and colour removal in effluent
- Disinfection and sterilisation, including aseptic packaging
- Oxidising agent in chemical synthesis and mining
Safety, Handling and Compliance
Concentrated peroxide decomposes if contaminated, releasing oxygen and heat, which can pressurise a sealed container to bursting.
- Use only vented containers; never seal a peroxide vessel airtight
- Never return decanted material to the original container
- Keep away from metals, rust, organics and all reducing agents
- Store cool, shaded and upright; use goggles and face shield
- SDS issued on request

FAQs
Questions buyers commonly ask about hydrogen peroxide.
- Why is my drum swelling? Decomposition from contamination; move it to a safe area and do not seal it.
- 35 or 50 percent? 50 percent cuts freight cost per unit of active; 35 percent is easier to handle safely.
- How long does it keep? Typically six months or more if stored cool, clean and shaded.
- Can I get a sample? Yes, trial quantities can be arranged.
- What documents are provided? GST invoice, batch CoA, SDS and TREM card.
