Thank you for choosing BulkFineChem as your trusted bulk ingredient supply partner. This Shipping & Dispatch Policy outlines how we manage order processing, consignment dispatch, logistics coordination, and delivery for bulk orders placed on https://bulkfinechem.com/.

Given the B2B and bulk nature of our business, shipping timelines and logistics arrangements may vary significantly from standard e-commerce delivery windows. Please review this policy carefully before placing a bulk order.

1. Order Processing and Dispatch Timeline

All bulk orders are processed within 2–5 business days of order confirmation and receipt of advance payment, subject to product availability and sourcing timelines.

For products held in ready stock at our warehouse, dispatch is typically within 2–3 business days. For products sourced directly from manufacturers, dispatch may require 5–10 business days depending on the manufacturer's production schedule and location.

Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or national public holidays. During peak procurement seasons, processing timelines may be extended by 2–3 additional business days. If a significant delay is anticipated, our team will notify you proactively via email or WhatsApp.

2. Shipping Destinations

BulkFineChem delivers bulk consignments to all major industrial hubs, warehouse locations, manufacturing plants, and distribution centres across India (PAN India coverage). This includes deliveries to Tier-1, Tier-2, and Tier-3 cities, as well as special economic zones (SEZs) and export processing zones.

For deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations, additional freight surcharges and extended timelines may apply. Our logistics team will advise you on feasibility and cost at the time of quotation.

3. Freight and Shipping Charges

Freight charges are not included in the product price unless explicitly stated in the quotation. Shipping costs are calculated based on:

•       Total consignment weight and volume

•       Type of freight (road, rail, air, or multimodal)

•       Delivery destination (zone-based pricing)

•       Mode of transport (full truckload / FTL, less-than-truckload / LTL, courier, or rail)

Freight charges will be communicated in the confirmed quotation or pro-forma invoice. For very large consignments (multi-tonne), we offer dedicated truck dispatches or arrange rail freight based on buyer preference and cost efficiency.

4. Estimated Delivery Timelines

From the date of dispatch, estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

•       Gujarat and neighboring states (Maharashtra, Rajasthan, MP): 1–3 business days

•       North India (Delhi NCR, Punjab, Haryana, UP): 3–5 business days

•       South India (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Telangana, Kerala): 4–6 business days

•       East India (West Bengal, Odisha, Assam, Bihar): 5–7 business days

•       Northeast India and Andaman & Nicobar Islands: 7–12 business days

These timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. Actual transit times may vary depending on the logistics partner, consignment size, route conditions, seasonal factors, and regional disruptions. BulkFineChem is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party logistics providers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Dispatch Confirmation and Tracking

Once your consignment has been dispatched, you will receive a Dispatch Confirmation via email and/or WhatsApp containing the following details:

•       Transport company name and contact number

•       Lorry Receipt (LR) number or Docket number for tracking

•       Estimated delivery date

•       Copy of the tax invoice and e-way bill

The tracking number or LR number will be active within 24 hours of dispatch. You can use this to track your consignment directly with the logistics partner. Our team is available to assist with tracking queries.

6. Packaging Standards for Bulk Consignments

All bulk products are packaged in accordance with industry standards and regulatory requirements for the respective product category:

•       Food and Nutraceutical Ingredients: HDPE bags, multi-layer kraft bags, food-grade drums, or as per the buyer's specified packaging requirement

•       Agrochemical Inputs: Sealed HDPE containers, technical-grade packaging compliant with CIB&RC guidelines, with hazard labeling as applicable

•       Documentation enclosed with each consignment: Tax invoice, CoA, e-way bill, and SDS/TDS where applicable

Please inspect the consignment at the time of delivery. If the packaging shows signs of physical damage, leakage, or tampering, note this on the Proof of Delivery (POD) with the driver or transporter before accepting the goods, and contact us immediately with photographs.

7. Goods Acceptance and Proof of Delivery

Upon delivery, the buyer or their authorized representative must:

•       Verify the consignment against the invoice for product, quantity, and packaging condition

•       Note any visible damage, shortage, or discrepancy on the Lorry Receipt (LR) / Proof of Delivery (POD) before signing

•       Report any hidden damage or shortage to BulkFineChem within 7 days of delivery (see Refund & Cancellation Policy)

Acceptance of goods without noting any discrepancy on the POD will be treated as acknowledgment that the consignment was delivered in satisfactory condition.

8. Delayed and Lost Consignments

BulkFineChem will make reasonable efforts to coordinate with logistics partners in the event of a delay or lost shipment. If your consignment has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact our team with your LR number and we will initiate a trace with the transporter.

In the event a consignment is confirmed lost by the logistics partner, BulkFineChem will either re-dispatch the order or issue a refund as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

9. Export Orders

For buyers requiring international shipment or export documentation, please contact our team at bulkagrochem@gmail.com to discuss specific requirements including export invoicing, phytosanitary certificates, Bill of Lading, and other relevant documentation. Export orders are handled on a case-by-case basis with pricing and timelines quoted separately.
