Welcome to BulkFineChem (https://bulkfinechem.com/). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our platform and the procurement of bulk ingredients and formulations from us. By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our platform.

BulkFineChem is a B2B bulk ingredient supply platform serving brands, manufacturers, traders, distributors, and institutional buyers across India, offering products across three core verticals: Foods, Nutraceuticals, and Agrochemicals.

1. Definitions

•       "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our" refers to BulkFineChem, operating at https://bulkfinechem.com/.

•       "Platform" or "Website" means the website located at https://bulkfinechem.com/ and all associated pages.

•       "Products" means all bulk ingredients, ready formulations, and agrochemical inputs listed on the Platform, including but not limited to: bulk food ingredients and ready mixes (protein powders, dextrose, lactose, functional food bases); nutraceutical ingredients (whey protein, creatine, BCAA, multivitamins, herbal actives, plant extracts); and agrochemical inputs (bio-fungicides, fertilizer intermediates, plant growth regulators, technical-grade agrochemicals).

•       "Buyer", "Client", "You", or "Your" means any business entity — brand, manufacturer, trader, distributor, or institution — that uses the Platform to enquire about or procure Products.

•       "Agreement" means these Terms & Conditions together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Refund & Cancellation Policy.

•       "MOQ" means Minimum Order Quantity as specified for each product on the Platform or in the quotation.

2. Eligibility

This Platform is intended exclusively for business-to-business (B2B) transactions. By using the Platform, you confirm that you represent a legally registered business entity and are authorized to enter into procurement agreements on its behalf. Individuals purchasing for personal consumption should not use this platform.

3. Product Information and Specifications

BulkFineChem supplies quality-verified bulk ingredients sourced directly from trusted manufacturers. All product listings on the Platform include product descriptions, intended use categories, and available forms (powder, liquid, granule, technical grade, etc.).

While we strive to maintain accurate and current product information, specifications — including grade, purity, particle size, moisture content, and shelf life — may vary by batch and manufacturer. Buyers are strongly advised to:

•       Request and review the Certificate of Analysis (CoA) and Technical Data Sheet (TDS) before placing a bulk order

•       Confirm regulatory compliance (FSSAI, AYUSH, CIB&RC, BIS, etc.) based on your end-use application

•       Conduct your own quality verification and testing upon receipt of the consignment

Product images on the Platform are representative only and may not reflect the exact packaging or appearance of the delivered goods.

4. Enquiries, Quotations, and Orders

All bulk purchases on the Platform are initiated through an enquiry process. After you submit an enquiry, our team will provide a customized quotation based on your required quantity, grade, and delivery location.

A confirmed order is established upon:

•       Written acceptance of the quotation (via email or WhatsApp)

•       Receipt of the agreed advance payment or full payment as per the payment terms

BulkFineChem reserves the right to decline any enquiry or order at its sole discretion, including due to stock unavailability, regulatory restrictions on specific ingredients, or inability to meet delivery requirements.

5. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of GST, freight charges, and other applicable levies unless explicitly stated otherwise in the quotation. Prices are subject to market fluctuations and may change without prior notice until a quotation is formally accepted.

Standard payment terms are as follows, unless otherwise agreed in the quotation:

•       Advance payment (typically 50–100% of the order value) is required before dispatch

•       The balance, if any, is payable before or at the time of delivery as agreed

•       For repeat clients with established credit history, credit terms may be offered at our discretion

All payments must be made through the agreed payment method (bank transfer, UPI, NEFT/RTGS, or payment gateway). GST invoices will be issued for all transactions. BulkFineChem is not responsible for delays caused by banking processes or payment failures.

6. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

Each product listed on the Platform has a defined MOQ, which is the minimum quantity per order. MOQs are specified in kilograms (kg), metric tonnes (MT), or litres (L) as applicable. Orders below the specified MOQ will not be accepted unless specifically agreed upon in writing.

For custom formulations, private-label blends, or specialty grades, MOQ and pricing will be confirmed at the time of quotation.

7. Documentation and Regulatory Compliance

BulkFineChem provides standard documentation with each shipment, including:

•       Tax invoice with HSN codes and GST details

•       Certificate of Analysis (CoA) from the manufacturer

•       E-way bill for consignments above the threshold

•       Technical Data Sheet (TDS) and Safety Data Sheet (SDS) upon request

Buyers are solely responsible for ensuring that the procured ingredients comply with applicable regulations for their intended end-use, including FSSAI (food products), AYUSH (herbal/nutraceutical), CIB&RC (agrochemicals), and any other applicable authority. BulkFineChem provides documentation to support your compliance process but does not certify end-product compliance.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the BulkFineChem platform — including product listings, brand names, logos, blog content, formulation information, and proprietary sourcing frameworks — is the exclusive property of BulkFineChem and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use of our content is prohibited.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BulkFineChem shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our platform or products, including but not limited to losses arising from formulation failures, regulatory non-compliance by the buyer, or product quality issues caused by improper storage or handling after delivery.

BulkFineChem's total liability for any claim shall not exceed the invoice value of the specific consignment giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or any transaction on our Platform shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Vadodara, Gujarat, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

BulkFineChem may update these Terms from time to time. The revised Terms will be published on the Platform with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
